Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery options:

We offer Domestic and International Standard Shipping at the moment. International Standard shipping can take at least 5 more business days to arrive as opposed to Domestic Standard shipping.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 4 days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations:

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order can not be canceled. if there are questions about cancelling n order, please contact us.

Returns:

All sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Delayed Orders:

Yours and Ours is not liable for lost or damaged items after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions:

Orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
